Canara Bank — Annual charges and sms alerts charges debited twice

Dear sir/Ma'am, This is to inform you that Canara Bank, sector-16, Noida deducted annual charges and SMS alerts charges twice, Due to this my amount is lesser the minimum amount criteria. I tried several times to complaint through Canara Bank online grievance redressal but it shows invalid input every time. I called to customer care but they also told me to go to branch. I request you to please check and do the needful action. The details are given below,
Annual charges debited-18-sep-2020
And- 05-July- 2020
SMS alerts charge. --- 28-Sep-2020
And. --- 28-June-2020
