Canara Bank — atm balance deducted amount in the account but withdrawn

I have used indian bank atm machine for withdrawn money on 12/09/2017 at 7:30 pm in lucknow indira nagar b block but there is no amount recieved by me and balance deducted on my bank account. I am canara bank account holder.
I have also inform my home branch of canara bank at aligarh but there is reply from them.
