Canara Bank — atm cash not received and amount debited from account

I am a customer of sbi and i tried withdrawal of rs 3000 from canara bank atm at tanuku on 18/feb/2020 and the amount is debited from my account and i didn't receive any money from the machine. I want my amount back immediately as i am out of station and need those money for a purchase.
