Canara Bank — atm related | |||||
On 5th of this month i attempted to withdraw rs. 10, 000/- from canara bank atm located in anna salai, pammal, chennai 600075 using my andhra bank debit card and it disbursed only rs. 2, 500/- (5 five hundred rupee notes) but debiting my account with andhra bank for rs. 10, 000/-. This means i have to receive rs. 7, 500/- back from canara bank. I registered my complaint vide ref. No. 1718ae8217 and received an sms stating that it has been resolved. But i have not received the credit in my account with andhra bank. Please look into it and reply. I am unable to use your "grievance redressal / service request" site for this purpose to trace my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
