Canara Bank — atm unknown transaction | |||||
Hi good evening My name is mohd nazim, i m an account holder in canara bank, my ac no. Is[protected], on[protected] morning i received an sms on my phone which says you ac has a debit of rs 3000/- at 10:44 am at near janpath, but i didnt do any transaction, infact i was at my office at nfc, and the atm card was with me only and i never shared my pin with anyone at all, how come my atm can debit my amount without using my atm card and pin, pls kindly solve this issue otherwise i will have to go to rbi for further help.
