Canara Bank — atm withdrawal issue

Dear sir/madam,

I am an existing customer of canara bank, v. Kota pin - 517424. With a/c no:[protected] name:- a ravindran, dob:-01/01/1966, branch:-v. Kota, chittoor dist, andrapradesh. I have draw the of amount rs.6500 in andhrabank atm v. Kota. But the transaction rejected due to server connection timeout error, i don't know what's actual reason reference no is:-atm cash-h1902101-vkotachitoorapin-06/04/18 14:05:46/0570. I have already submitted the letter and reladed docs in same branch as discussed with canara bank. Still not reverse yet. So i request to you please try to resolve my issue.
