I ordered a product worth rs 359 in amazon on and i returned it. They sent a mail to me that your return request accepted and your amount will be refunded by 12/10/2018.
But till now amount is not refunded to my account. So i was trying to contact customer care through toll free number, but i was not able to contact, always it said busy busy.. Kindly do the needful for me.

I, muskaan m. Would like to complain about my refunds. On 09/10/18, i booked a train ticket from paytm but it failed, and the money paid for it hasn't been refunded, i. E., rs. 1325 with a transaction id #[protected].

My train ticket with booking i'd [protected] via paytm got cancelled.. The total amount to be refunded was 850rs.144 was from paytm wallet which got refunded to me but 706 rs which were deducted from my bank account are still not visible. We donot enable the sms facility. But sms charges are reducting from our sb accounts. So please deactivate the sms charges. And arrange to issue of our reducted amounts.
