I don't understand why the sib bank deducted amb charges from 2020 to 2022till, Total - 22times charged me
How could they deduct 28times without giving any information about that.

    I hope this letter finds you well.

    I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the non-compliance of onr card with the Reserve Bank of India's regulations concerning the calculation and adherence to minimum amount due one credit cards.

    Despite repeated attempts to resolve this matter, it appears that the card issued by your institution has consistently failed to adhere to the stipulated guidelines outlined by the RBI. This lack of compliance has not only caused me significant financial strain but has also impacted my civil standing due to non-payment.

    As a responsible citizen and cardholder, I understand the importance of meeting financial obligations. However, it is disheartening to see the disregard for regulatory norms on your institution's part.

    I am reaching out with the hope of resolving this issue amicably. I am willing to cooperate in clearing any outstanding dues on the condition that appropriate steps are taken to rectify the situation and ensure that my civil record is cleansed from the negative impact caused by this non-compliance.

    I trust that you will give this matter the attention it deserves and take the necessary actions to address it promptly. I would appreciate your prompt response and cooperation in resolving this matter at the earliest convenience. [protected]@getonecard

      I paid Examination fees 490 Rs (Yuvakshetra Institute of Management Studies) through Netbanking SBI . I received message "payment successful" after that i got session error. But amount is deducted from my SBI (SBI transaction Reference Number :[protected]IGAQNDHOB5). I tried to reprint receipt through "https://feebook.southindianbank.com/FeeBookUser/fbreceipt" but receipt are not showing. My college Roll Number is "23BCOM054". please advise

        I have been using one Visa Signature credit card from October 2022 onwards. Credit card bill is generated from 16th to 15th of next month and the payment date is to be made within 3rd day of next month. There is only one bill generated for both credit cards.
        For the Bill payment of December 2022, there came a delay of 8 Days. For the next month's bill an amount of Rs.2899.98 is taken as interest and Rs.310 as fee and charges. I have paid the entire amount as stated in the bill regularly and promptly without any delay as per the bill statement and after payment, the bank both in one card App and in the message shows that the bill was fully paid. On going through the previous bill statement I came to know that the bank is charging more than Rs 2500 every month as interest. I filed a complaint the customer care of one card by email. They contacted me and said that the interest amount will always to be charged to every bill as I had made a delay of 8 days in paying the bill. They also told me that as per their policy even though interest has been charged and paid for the delayed payment in every outstanding amount of fresh purchase of both cards in every month the interest will be levied.
        The interest calculated and collected from me is high and excessive. For the fresh utilisation of both credit cards in this month that is October 2023 also I am constrained to pay more than Rs2500 as interest for the delayed payment of 8 days of December 2022 which is unreasonable arbitrary illegal and violation of banking policy.
        So kindly look into the matter and make necessary steps to reimburse the amount which was illegally collected as interest from me with interest and compensation

          With regard to above Captioned Matter, We have complained on 22/06/2023 vide id no.34444475 against The South Indian Bank Ring Road Main Branch Surat for debit excess ROI approx. 20% P.A. and Heavy Renewal Charges Debited to Our C/C A/c

          We have informed recently that your account has Declared as NPA (Non Performing Assest) From 28/04/2023. Our A/c Running Overdue Only By Additional ROI From 9% to 20% and Every Year Your Bank Has Incresed Renewal Charges, This Is the Reason Our A/c Was become NPA.

          We are ready to clear overdue amount if you consider ROI at 9% and reverse all Interest -SMA Charges and Renewal Charges.

            We have Credit Facility for Rs. 14 Cr With your Bank. We attached interest calculation sheet showing ROI Charged By Your Bank and ROI Decided at the Time Of Renewal Time. We have informed recently that your account has Declared as NPA (Non Performing Assest) From 28/04/2023.             But nothing has been done till date in this matter and there is no reply now from Mr. Pramoda sir.
            I have approached surat branch also in this matter but no help has been extended to me.
            I request your management committee to lookinto this matter and provide me a solution.

            Looking forward for speedy reply as I want to upgrade my account as festival season is approaching

                    This is Vinodh J, I’m having savings account in Marathahalli Branch, Bangalore. This is regarding few Cash Handling Charges have been deducted in my account on
                    1) 30/6/2022- Rs 351.64 cash handling charges and SMS charges of Rs 105.43 .
                    2) 28/5/2022- Rs 1, 821.92/ cash handling charges.

                    Please refund of cash handling charges of Rs 2, 173.56/- to my account . This is not fair to deduct of all this charges and no bank will deduct like this type of charges for every time. I feel very bad to keep my account in South Indian bank. Please refund or I’ll going to close and I’ll raise Escalation.

                      My name is Akshat upadhyay I had ordered Freacksters Men's Chelsea Boots of Rs. 1849 from Amazon on 15/02/2022 and on 18/02/2022 the order was delivered and paid via UPI and same day I returned this order due to quality issues and asked for refund in my SBI bank account. And on 19/02/2022 on which refund initiated. Amazon initiated the amount to my bank account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this refund reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but State Bank of India doesn't have such policy. My SBI account no. - [protected]

                                Rs. 10000 deducted from sbi account and message showing in statement as "fi txn @ csp outlet". As i don't why this is deducted therefore i raised the complaint. Even i didn't get any message regarding this deduction on my mobile phone.
                                Please revert my amount because i need money this time. Hopefully i will get my money as soon as possible.
                                and sorry i don't have small account. also i am using credit card of sbi

                                  Dear Mr. Murali Ramakrishnan,

                                  on or about October 22nd, 2020, I deposited dollar of 5000.00, in the Maanthanady branch to convert to INR
                                  I was only given 69.99, whereas the current market rate was on or about 22 October 2020
                                  was about 75.90.

                                  I try to get help from the Manager, he said that was only the rate he can give and it was the decision by your foreign exchange.

                                  You stole/cheated (South Indian Bank), approximately on or about 30, 000.00 INR

                                  Also please check my previous deposit to your bank.

                                  Please credit the all amount to my account
                                  I hold you responsible for mental anguish, suffering,

                                  You are required to compensate me accordingly.

                                      We have shopped in D mart and supposed to pay around 6000 . We paid through Indian bank debit card . The next day I was just checking my bank balance and they deducted rs1135 as tax for our debit. Everybody feel banks are safety .If It goes this way no one gonna trust this organisation. Please be sure and resolve this issue. I am also attaching the file of my bank statement.
