    I am the customer of SBH bank, have withdrawn the amount of 2000 from Canara bank ATM place at Mohan Estate delhi. amount debited but cash not dispensed from machine i have registered the complaint to both banks, home branch has been raised request to canara bank but they clearly denied with the comment that transaction was successful, have request them to go through CCTV footage for dated[protected] time approx 11am to 12.30pm but they replied contact Home branch whereas home branch unable to sort it out. now its more than 45days and i kept on asking for my money. i want to raise complaint for canara bank not to cooperate as that incident took place at their ATM machine so they supposed to cooperate.

      I took my education loan and now i ready to pay the interest amount.My father went to see the manager in Canara Bank Malayapalayam Branch and the manager scold him very badly.My father is illiterate so he wants to know how much amount he need to pay and the details of the account but the behavior of the manager was very very worst, he scold him with a bad words.The manager got my father's sign in stamp paper but he was not explain anything to him.

      Since he is in a good position but he don't know how to treat the people then why he is in that position?.Please take necessary action. At least train him how to talk with the people.The people whoever going to that bank experiencing the same situation.

        This is Ramaprasad, i had an education loan with canara bank and i had closed the account on[protected] by paying all the dues and the current balance is zero. The account details are as below,

        Account Number :[protected]
        Ownership indicator : Individual
        Account Type : Education Loan
        Current Balance : “0”

        Even after i have paid all the dues in CIBIL this account status is reflecting as WRITTEN-OFF. To resolve this and make this account status as closed i created a dispute with CIBIL once again the information given by the CANARA Bank to cibil is that the the ACCOUNT is WRITTEN-OFF. It is been more than a year i am having this problem, i really do not know how to solve this problem.

          I lost my card yesterday...After 5:30 i called on their "SOCALLED" customer care number, but it was unreachable. I tried a lot of numbers but finally i got one number and called on that.Someone pickup the call, i told my situation they said sorry this is credit card department please call to other department. I told them i am trying to reach from last one hour i[censored] cant do anything please transfer my call to other department, they said we cant do anything .And the person attitude and behavior was worst.i have never seen this kind attitude and tone in my life. Please give etiquette training to your employees.

Sub : ATM with draw Transaction failure -reg ************************************************************************ I Wish to inform to you, this is Ms.M.Rahni I having savings account in your branch bearing the account number is ( [protected] ) in KVB. I am try to withdraw a amount of Rs.7, 500/- through my ATM card on[protected]:19 A.M ) at Canra Bank Machine (NO. 1 TOLGATE, Near Thena medical ) but unfortunately the amount not disbursed but that amount was debited in my account .Further I try to withdraw a amount of Rs.7, 500/- on same day in HDFC ATM that transaction was successful. After Two days[protected]I directly visit to KVB Thillainager branch and give complaint letter to the authorized person. In this connection I inquire through my phone on 19, 21,[protected] but they told to me “ the above mention transaction was successful. We are try to another method kindly wait for further two days” in this connection I am again directly visit to KVB branch on[protected] and inquire to authorized person related to refund detail but he told me that it will take further 17 days. Hence I request you to kindly arrange to refund the amount of Rs.7, 500/- to my account I was already face the worry to above mentioned problem. please verify the ATM(id:[protected]. Account Holder : Vimal Raj.M Branch : Suramangalam Branch Account No :[protected] I have taken my loan 2 years back for my 2 years master degree. As per the scheme, there will not be any interest till 1 year 6 months after the course completion of course if the amount is Rs.1, 30, 000/-. Because the govt will provide interest subsidiary. But now i enquired about the amount, i got to know that the amount is reached Rs.50, 000/- interest. As they are not getting any information from bank. But this happend without giving any notification. Last week i went to canara bank i asked about my education loan status on that time bank officer giving LMD form told put on your signature in top of the stamp. I asked what is the purpose of this form. Officer told you buying a loan so only put on a signature on top of the REVENUE STAMP. Please give the solution about my education loan.

                    Total Amount debited Rs.18750/- unauthorized debit from MY SB account during December Quarter ended .It is very disappointing that such a transaction without any intimation caused lot of hardship for my financial planning and personal finance.I have not got any reply nor refund of the amount.I also come to know that so many other customer's account with canara bank has faced similar transaction during the period.

                    Sirs, Refer my concern regarding “Misappropriation of Funds” raised on 06/Jan/2016 CASE NO 1973420. & Unauthorised Debits in my Account Sub: Withdrawal of the complaint/ grievance raised, I have convinced myself from the explanation given by Customer Relationship Management Team from Apollo Munich. Considering the refund of the amount to my SB account and Customer oriented approach from Apollo Munich Insurance Provider, I wish to withdraw my grievance and all pending matters related to the subject matter.                       I am gayathri from Bangalore .My parents are doing agriculture and they are staying in tamilnadu and they have an CANARA BANK account in Bank Street, (Near Bus Stand), , Periamittoor, Vellore Dist, Tamil Nadu - 632 516.They had an agricultural loan and they are paying it monthly and they do hae gold loan in the same bank. They was a agriculture loan policy where one has to sign for another person such kid of policies .So my parents singed for one of my relative in there village who has more land and house property etc .That person is not paying the loan, so the manager is not taking action on the person who din't pay he is behaving harshly to my parnts and he is not allowing my parents to clear the gold loan nor renewing the gold loan .I just want to escalate on him Please do help me in this situation .It will be greatful .

                        My account auto debited around 5 times of Rs. 3493.71/- even if i didn't have that much account in my account. My balance became Rs. -2825.14/- which is not possible in any bank. I complained against this issue, but not yet resolve. Its been more that more that 3 months.

                                  Canara Bank BSK - 3 Stage Branch has issued me a cheque book with overwritten account number and blocked the CTS space with account number. When I asked them to replace the cheque book. I have been told my signature of acknowledgment is obtained by them and the cheque books can not be replaced. See the Sample cheque uploaded here. No one accepts these cheques. BSNL, BESCOM, BWSSB, Bangalore-One, all refused these cheques. I am placing this cheque as evidence for suing Canara Bank in appropriate consumer court and Ombudsman forum. Canara Bank has charged me for these deficient cheques and now they are exposed to consumer forum too. Their website online registering of grievances shall not allow you to post and complete any grievance.

                                      I hasten to bring to your kind attention what is, in reality, is happening at your branch level and actually while dealing with the employees sitting at the counters who simply answer the queries of clients but never try to understand their real problems and are never ready to help if they are really in difficulty.

                                      The purpose of writing this to you being the higher authority is to bring to your attention a recent incident that has been experienced by me regarding ATM card. I am holding the above account with your Naranpura Branch at Ahmedabad Gujarat and I am a senior citizen residing at Baroda since last few months due to health problems. The case is like this.

                                      On 29th Sept.15 I submitted my application for personalized ATM card and the person sitting at the counter informed me to inquire after 15 days and I inquired over phone and was informed the card is not yet ready. Again after lapse of few days I personally inquired and again the same reply. Yesterday again I personally visited and the employee sitting at the counter informed the card is still not ready and to my surprise I was instructed to submit a new application. I informed the person that I am a senior citizen having certain health problem and I just cannot every now and then afford to visit Ahmedabad from Baroda but to this argument also there was a very very cool reply from that employee that Baroda is not very far from Ahmedabad so I have to visit branch anytime whenever they call me.

                                      I was left with no other alternative but to approach the Branch in Charge and informed him about this experience and as a measure of immediate solution he managed to issue me non personalized ATM Card which is valid till August 16 which means again I have to do the same exercise and I do not know how many times I will be called and for which new experiences I will have to be ready.

                                      Still I fail to understand one thing what has really happened to my original application for Card which I submitted on 29th Sep.15 whether it is lying with the branch or with you. Many a times it is my experience and may be of other clients also that whenever we dial bank numbers, for at at least 10 to 15 minutes nobody bothers to lift the telephone.

                                      At the end I would request you to kindly look into this matter seriously and try to understand the situation of senior citizens like me and inform me the outcome the action that you are going to take.

                                      I do understand I am disturbing your busier schedule but at the same time I do have every hope that my case and others' case like will be considered sympathetically and I will not be compelled to approach another higher authority.
