Canara Bank — bank officers are misbehaving with the customer

I have enrered the bank around 4 pm and asked one of the officer that i want to link the pan card with my account so where should i contact? She has answered me very rudely that cant you so it's 3:30 so come tommorow which provoked me and jada argument and other bank officers also involved and threaten me to call the police and pushing me. Is this the way you are treating your customers?

My name is saraswathi and opened Rd account and last year I received my order another with 4600 RS TDS amount.but it is not reflect to my panno and bank manager also says not showing any TDS deduction.earlier I submitted 15g.how to I redeem my hard earned TDS amount?
