Canara Bank — blocking of credit card at the branch level

I am a savings bank account holder in the pithapuram branch with ifsc code cnrb0005935 and my account no is[protected] and my name is m. Kamaraju. I paid all dues to the credit card for the month of november 2017. My credit card blocked. I contacted customercare and they clarified that at branch level it is blocked. I contacted branch manager of my branch in this regard but i could not get proper information from branch. Help me to rescue my card thanking you sir
