Canara Bank — both transaction is failed but my account is debit nou refund till date

I have a account[protected] in canara bank. I have done twince transaction of rs 1010 dt 31/07/2018 trn no.[protected] & rs 1010 dt 02/08/2018 trn no.[protected] saibaba sansthan ahmednagar. Both transaction is failed but my account is debit. Kindly raise a complaint in ccr package & refund my amount asap.
