Canara Bank — Canara Bank Amount kept on hold

Hi I am facing this issue from past 8-9 months. every time i forgot to transfer my sip amount to my Canara saving account account which is supposed to be deduct on 10th of every month. Canara puts money on hold. Today they kept 500-800 on hold. My account balance is in negative. I have raise this concern multiple times but they are not releasing my money. I request you to look into this issue and this is not the first time they have kept money on hold. I have paid at least 5000 to canara(not sure of exact amount) because of this . I want them to release all of my money.
