I have purchase 2 bag on amazon on 8/nov/19 through cash on delivery then return the bag to amazon and receive payment in my bank account 1 bag amount is reflect in my bank account on 13/nov/19 amount - 601 rs but 2nd bag amount - 601 rs is not reflect in my account i am call to amazon customer care they told me amazon has send payment on 14 /nov /19
And give me utr no -

They provide me two utr no and told that you send this utr no to bank and then your payment will refelect, i have complaint to my near canara bank branch shahdara, rohtash nagar, canara bank but no response to please check both two utr no and check status current date 28 / nov and revert soon
