The bank from customer care are not able to help out with the charge, I just want to know why this got deducted since I do not have any loans/EMIs

    I did imps transaction on 31/08/2023 at 12:13 pm but it shows pending status .Amount is debited from my account nd not credited to beneficiary account.How much time it takes to get credit that amount to beneficiary account It's already more than 26hours pls resolve my problem as soon as possible

      Fraudulent actions in my saving account

      Recently, I opened a bank account in Canara bank regarding job purpose. I have been instructed to register my own account with the number which is being provided to me by the authority. So, I did the same and registered their number through my saving account. Today, I received a message from CKYCRR and a 14- digit reference number is being provided to me from Canara bank.
      But, I didn't file any request regarding online KYC so how is...

      Sir,

      this is to inform you that canara bank noorpur branch district bijnor pin -246734 is not accepting papers prepared by certified chartered accountants from last more than one year.
      They are only accepting the documents prepared by "particular" ca and rejecting other once.

      Also the bank is not sharing what is the problem in the documents prepared/ certified by other ca's of other place/ cities, exept the particular one.

      Problem is going on from last more than one year, you are requested to check the matter and do the needful in favour of customers.

        I were having a cash in the bank. Where i needed it right now II went to the bank and I want to withdraw some cash from the bank, but staff deny to give me the cash as per them. The RBI have not sent the cash yet so basically they are not providing the cash to the customer now what is the benefit for me to put my cash in my account where I needed the most than they don’t have the cash. Now they have asked me to come maybe tomorrow maybe day after tomorrow so it’s been three days that continuously I was coming to check they have the cash or not, but one day they were having a issue with electricity. The whole day the light was not there and now they are saying that they don’t have the cash. I still have to see if they will be. They can provide me maybe tomorrow. maybe day after tomorrow, firstly, and the most important that I had argument with one man to the Bhupinder. My name is Geeta Sagar and this man was very very very rude. He literally shout on me in front of everyone just because I was having theissue with the Cash and I must say that staff is very very very rude in the Canara Bank Maliwara branch. They need a proper coaching or maybe some kind of education. How to talk with the customer. If being a customer, we are asking something. I think they’re supposed to answer it instantly. He was shouting like a hell believe me. I was literally that much of hyper I really want to make sure that I think I should file a police complaint because he literally was too rude and I think Mr. Bhupinder is aggressive too

              Deduction of 590 INR from my account

              Today, Canada Bank has suddenly deducted an amount of 590 INR from my account. This is not a small or negligible amount for a lower-middle-class person. I even haven't received any prior notice regarding it. I with this request the authorities investigate the same and do as needed as soon as possible....

              Today when i was used canara bank mobile banking for a fund transfer, but unfortunately transaction got failed due to time out but still amount got deducted and not credit either beneficiary account nor my account.

                  My saving bank account in Canara bank Addambakkam . My account no. Is[protected] name - Dharan Kumar in my saving bank account balance deduct incessantly from 02/03/2024 due to slab wise nmmb charges. But this charge applies when my balance less than rs.500 as say in Canara branch staffs.

                    1. With due respect and humble submission. I would like to inform you that My wife Smt Swati Keshav Darekar has taken housing loan from Canara bank Andheri West branch.

                    2. It is pertinent to mention here that approx Rupees 50, 000/- has been deducted by the bank towards processing fees to include legal and technical charges.

                    3. Moreover, it was not explained or briefed by the bank officials of Andheri branch prior applying and also by RAH Borivali West branch too that we will have to paid such huge amount on account of processing fees.

                    4. It is not understood that this is procedure of banking or a business wherein bank gives such bills to the loanee and insist the loanee to deposit such fees otherwise no loan will be released. Hence, except Rs.16650 towards registration fees with sub registrar office. It is requested to credit the amount deducted against the processing fees as it suppose to be bared by the bank itself.

                    5. In view of the above facts and to avoid further legal complications, kindly do the needful at the earliest without any further delay please

                        Hey I am Vijay Choudhary this side and I have account in Canara bank but my account is not operated since last one year. Then it’s go in a dormant account or it’s not activated so I go to my branch and I want to activate my account at the time the behaviour of staff is not good with me Then I go to the manager and tell about that then they also said me to that. If you don’t have money then why are you open account in my branch or in my bank and my wife is also having a Canara bank account but in a different branch and I want to deposit a cheque in my wife’s account and it’s would be a -230 Rs. And it was activated account. Then manager also say about that in both the account you don’t have money then why are you open account and operating them if you don’t have have money and insulting like this on my personal things. And I am telling about the Magliya branch of Canara bank and my account number is[protected]. I want strict action against them because they were insult me personally and one more thing my account is dormant and I see them to activate I also take a copy of Aadhaar and PAN card with signature and application, but they will told me that your account is in negative. Then I will tell them. How much negative is my account then they will told me we will not able to tell you that you just deposit 1000 in your account. Then after I will tell you and I will tell them to as per RBI guidelines you do not make my account negative after zero, then they will told me you are you are giving me the knowledge about RBI no guidelines I will know more than you in attitude manner

                              Today Dated 01/02/2024 I got my money deducted 2 times from my account 177 rupees each. I have registered 2 mandates in my account and I already paid a loan before the due date and one loan has not started yet. I don't know why they charged me this amount.

                                Canara bank had provided me with platinum debit card, the executive from Vadasery branch said its a lifetime free card . But they debited 590Rs as annual maintenance fee without my knowledge. Kindly take action and get my money back

                                  My scholarship portal was working fine earlier but from past few days I have tried to log my UGC net JRF scholarship page several time and it is not opening. In fact, I have tried "Forgot password" also and even after putting one time password, I am still unable to login. When I'm trying to put the password then a webpage open showing " An unknown error occurred OR The URL you are trying is wrong or you are having insufficient privilege". I have tried it multiple times but same problem occurring again and again. I am not able to access my account. Kindly look into the matter.
