Canara Bank — Not able to change the password on SFMP

I am a student of Ph.D. at the Central University of Himachal Pradesh and availing UGC net JRF fellowship. A few days ago, I tried logging in to my fellowship portal but it started showing an insufficient error. So, I tried to forget the password option but still, the same error continues. Kindly, solve my problem as soon as possible.
