Canara Bank — Canara bank portal is not open

Respected Sir,

My name is Praveen Kumar, I am a student of Gurukul Kangri University. Sir I am getting Rajiv Gandhi Fellowship but I have not received fellowship from November 2021 to March 2022. The student receiving Rajiv Gandhi Fellowship will update all his reports on the student portal himself, the nodal officer of the university informed me in March 2022. Now my student portal is not opening, so I request you to kindly solve my problem, thank you.
