Canara Bank — canara bank- refund

I purchased a product fashimo shoes of 499/- on amazon on 23rd of august month using my canara bank debit card same was not received and i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was initiated on 13 th of september maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number as[protected]. I had contacted your customer service number but there is no proper response hence im complaining you. Please check and confirm the status of my refund..
