I started using canara empower upi app from a couple of days now. My first transfer of rs.1000 to my own account in another bank was debited in my canara bank account but not credited to my other bank account. Immediately i had reported the issue in the app (Log dispute). But until now i have not got any response from canara bank. Also when i called the customer care, they told me that its a technical glitch and that i have to inquire with higher officials. I hope this complaint would help me in solving the issue and not lose hope/trust on canara bank. I would request a refund to my account as soon as possible.
