Canara Bank — Canara international travel prepaid card | |||
I, Naresh patil, customer of Canara bank palghar branch has availed travel card from canara bank around aug-sept 2019.Around June-July 2020 i surrendered my travel card to canara bank Palghar branch to that time Manager Mrs.Mayuri Mala .She told us that she has to send the card to head office at BKC for further processing.Since then i am continuously trying to know the status of my card. Mrs.Mayuri's services got transferred to another branch and new manager Mrs. Saraswati sanvan joined the branch.Not knowing the status of my card i contacted new manager and she not even acknowledge my complaint and told me to ask it about the previous manager Mrs. Mayuri.Since then i am continuously contacting Mrs.Mayuri, even visited her several times at dadar Prabhadevi branch banch but every time bank's staff is unable to tell me the status of my card. It's been 7-8 months now and still even bank's staff don't know the status of my card.My money has been stuck midway.I am asking her if atleast she could return my card so that i can use it somewhere but they are not even able to do that.Mrs.Mayuri is not receiving my calls and other staff is refusing to even take the responsibility. Is it a way canara bank treat their HNI customers??.Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible because it is our hard earn money which is stuck with you.
