Canara Bank — cash debited from account

My name is vipin das k j, my account no is[protected]. On october 23rd, i transfered an amount of rs 51 through tez app to my friend's account. You transaction i'd was[protected]. Rs 51 debited from my account but tez app transaction status was failed. And also i received my debited sms frm canara bank. When i called canara bank customer service calicut, a man said, i will be credited after 2 to 3 days in my account. But still now, i didn't get anything. I want my money back.
