Canara Bank — Cash deposited in cardless atm capsule retracted but neither received back or credited in account

My name is Ramniranjan Singh Shekhawat and my savings account number is[protected]. I deposited a sum of 32200 with denomination as followed - 64x500 and 1x200, today i. e 02 July, 2025 at 10:31 am. After the deposition of cash in the machine a prompt appear which said "Your Cash Was Retracted" and a slip came out saying transaction timeout. Neither the cash came out of the machine, nor did I get any message on my registered phone no. [protected] about the amount credited. I raised a complaint, in the same branch (Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur) through a complaint from provided by the branch officials. They said that the amount will be credited within 3 days but did not provide any receipt for my complaint.
I humbly request for immediate resolution of this issue as I need to use the amount for relocation to another city for my first job.
