Canara Bank — Cash not received from atm machine but money got deducted

Today 2nd Sep 2021 at 4:37 PM I tried withdrawing 8000/- from my Canara back a/c no [protected] using PNB ATM machine .
Due to power failure the transaction did not get through and no cash was collected by me from the PNB ATM machine but the same amount (8000/-) got debited from my Canara bank account.
