Canara Bank — cash refund issue

I made a phonepe transaction of 1000rs which is linked with canara account[protected] on 10/02/2019. The transaction was successful, amount got debited from my account, but it has not credited to receiver's account. I have given a letter to my branch and also raised ticket over canara bank customer service, but no use. I have attached the screenshot of the transaction with this mail. Please do the needful.
