Canara Bank — casual way of addressing customers | |||||
I got one call from canara bank, neyyattinkara branch on 14th aug 2017 asking for a copy of my car insurance certificate. I don't know his name or designation.;but he addressed meas well as my father's name in a very casual way without any respect. I feel there should be a proper way of communicating with the customers. Atleast this person need some guidance. Moreover, i don't want to keep any further transactions with this bank due to this type of attitude from this staff. Was this information helpful? | |||||
