Canara Bank — change registered mobile number for otp as my register number is lost

I wanted to change my mobile number as i lost my previous registered mobile number.
All my transaction are pending as the otp goes to my old number.
And i contacted bank and still the problem has not been resolved.
This problem is very high as my huge amount transaction is pending and i'm not able to receive otp as it goes to my old number. So please solve this problem
