Hello i purchased a product on amazon worth of rs 28, 389 using my canera bank (Rupay) debit card on 14th sep. 2019. After some time i cancelled it. And they initiated refund on 14th sep. 2019. As per rbi guidelines maximum time frame is 5days. Still it wasn't reflected in my acc. I also contacted canara cc through call they didn't response properly. And had contacted cc through today morning still i haven't received any response. Help me out or i will have to email in banking ombudsman.
