[Resolved]  Canara Bank — charge dispute form file to amazon

I have made online purchase on amazon on 10th january 2018. Due to delay in delivery i cancelled the part of the order & amazon told they have issued refund on 15th january 2018. (Ref no:[protected]) but till today i have not received any refund & they are telling to contact canara bank customer care, which has been turned up very difficult to contact.
I dont know whom i have to contact to get my refund.

As per amazon it is canara bank. But there is no other way to connect to canara bank customer care
