Canara Bank — Complaining about the responsibility in updating my details to my banking account | |||||
I got opened a savings account (A/c no:[protected] in canara bank, kakinada main branch, ifsc code: cnrb0000626, east godavari district, andhra pradesh in july, 2016. At the time of account opening i asked them for internet banking facility and registration. They suggested me to register online. Though i submitted all the required details including my mobile number at the time of account opening, an error message containing "invalid mobile number" has been displaying. Then i contacted the branch manager through email and requested to link my mobile number in my banking profile on 1 st oct, 2016 but there is no reply from the branch/branch manager. After two months i. E., on 2nd december, 2016 i remembered them to update/link my mobile number to my banking account but still i got no reply. Linking my mobile number to my account is a small issue but two months is a very long time. If there was any problem in linking my mobile number to my account they have to let me know the problem and i will try to solve it but they don't even reply to my mail. They had provided contact details for assistance but without batting an eye on the customer's problem, what is the use of providing contact details.
