Asst Manager named Ranjan working in puttenchetty Branch, Chamrajpet, Bangalore is very abusive, arrogant and rude. He is also most irresponsible in his behaviour, he has purpose fully misplaced the documents submitted by the legal heir Smt. Vijaylakshmi Account Number[protected] in that branch and has even abused her son in law, who has protested to lodge complaint with higher authorities. He is telling to bring the claimant who is 72 years of age and unable to walk properly and lost her husband due to COVID on 1.5.2022 and also has already visited 3 times to submit the documents, He is using Hindi as a language tool against local customers by scumbling some words in Hindi which is unknown to local customers in the area. There is pathetic condition in the branch and this fellow is telling whether the death cases have to be paid from his Pocket. Worst service by this fellow has compelled me to write grievance complaint. Hope action is initiated against the rude, arrogant and irresponsible officers who doesn't have the courteous nature of dealing with the customers. Awaiting for proper and suitable action from your end please.
