Canara Bank — Complaint regarding money not yet transferred to my account | |||
Hi. This is regarding an amount which is yet to be debited to my account On 22/04/2014 i had gone for shopping to Asmita super market(mira road) and swiped my Canara debit card(for Rs 1237) but due to some issue the amount didnt go to the supermarkets account but it was deducted from my account.So i had to pay them in cash After that i submitted an application to Canara bank(Mira bhayander branch)for refund of my money . Since then i had more than dozen rounds to the manager requesting him to get the amount in my account asap.But to no use.The manager gives me thousand reasons and asks me to wait. I have no idea why it is taking such a long time for the bank to give me my money. This is a matter of shame for such a renowned bank to ignore such issues. I m looking forward for a response asap from the Bank and my money as wellIts more than 6mnths and i am still waiting for MY money Ummul [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
