Canara Bank — Credit card showing active but not working for domestic and international usage

I have an issue with my credit card where the card status is active and I can’t use the card even though I cleared the bill on time. When I called in toll free number they saying they can’t help. Also when I complaint in branch they also said the same only head office can help me. I even mailed head office 3-4 times and no response from their end. I’m facing this issue since 2 months now.

My issue is not yet resolved.
When I enable domestic usage and international usage from candi app it is showing usage not updated error
