Canara Bank — credit is locked perhaps my money is also taken extra | |||
Canara bank has no response over there customers...my credit card was locked and they told me to pay an amount of 1, 17, 000..I doubted and still payed because I don't do any expenses during the past month..I think I did around 20, 000...den after paying I asked the statement frm the bank manager...I freaked out by seeing the statement...I shuld only pay 70, 000...and the bank got extra 40, 000...then I complained to the bank manager...he was like there was a problem in system...he responded cool...then I was waiting till now for my credit card to get unlocked... nothing happen...and the bank manager is telling...I will open don't worry...I take it serious and I shuld make a big complaint on Canara Bank for this carelessness...moreover the bank manager isn't responding properly...the branch is in Tamil Nadu Madurai...vastan Nagar branch...date when the card got locked is 23 July 2018...not yet opened..and I payed the money on 1 August 2018 and still the card is locked...and 40, 000 extra was taken...and the manager tells it was system problem...
