Canara Bank — Current ATM card is damaged (over coated film)

Below the mail complaints to canara bank manager to this mail '[protected]@canarabank.com' & '[protected]@canarabank.com' from my mail ID [protected]@emicos intlt.com & [protected]@gmail.com, even reminder send them but no one response me... mail dated 06.01.2017 onwards and reminder on 21.01.2017

Dear Sir,
I am Yogaraj.t currently live in UAE, and my ATM Card is damaged (over coated lamination), when I trying the ATM card for money withdraw in to the ATM machine and card getting stuck in the ATM machine, hence kindly provide new ATM Card to my house address,
My Account Number is SB[protected].
Also I am attached my Passport copy with Aadhar Card copies with my signature for your reference.
