Canara Bank — Debit Card not received for more than 2 months

My mother (senior citizen who had knee surgery and has difficulty to walk ) has not been able to use her account with Canara bank account due to the negligence and lethargy of the employees or how the system works within this bank. She hold an account with Canara Bank (Kellys/Purasawalkam Branch) and was given a debit card in teh initial days, which later stopped functioning. Since then we have been contacting the branch and he cusotmer care and have logged complaint as well a placed a new request (jsut to avoid any more shuttling) via their portal. Ackowledgement received on 03/06/2022 but still card not recived. When asked about the status post 6 weeks we still get a simple statement like chip and pin card not available and hence the delay. Also, they give a contradictory statement that card already issued (however i have not received the said card). Absolutely pathetic service by the bank. Please let me know how to go about this.
