I made on line purchase through the subject debit card & made a payment of rs.197/- on 27/09/2017 to vendor fipkart. Unfortunately l cancelled the order and the refund was made to me on 10/10/2017 through my debit card and it was notified to me. Even after so many days my account was not credited of rs.197/-. Then i inflated the non credit with vendor and the vendor has informed as under: i quote,
"we? D like to confirm that the seller has refunded rs.197/- to your bank account on 10/10/2017 with reference number: 74056637284728393666128, this amount should have been credited by now.
In case the amount has not been credited, please contact youy bank? S customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card and check the status by providing the reference number. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grivance cell by following these simple steps:" un quote.
I think above reply from the vendor is self explanatory; please look into the refund of rs.197/- immediatly and notify me resolve within time norm.
