[Resolved] Canara Bank — debit card payment transaction failed but amount debited to account

Dear canara bank team,
On 5th august 2019 i had made a online transaction for rs 500 through ccavenue mumbai vide transaction no.[protected] around 10.15 am.
This transaction was not successful but the amount was debited to my account and till date it is not reversed back to my account. Ccavenue mumbai has sent me a communication email that this transaction was not successful as the bank declined the payment.
The amount is not credited back to my account, please reverse the amount

Today I noticed that the amount of 500/- has been reversed and credited back to my account. The delay of more than 15 days is huge. It could be done quickly.
