Hi sir/madam, I opened a new account in canara bank. Account age is 20 days. But i had seen that they decided 18 rupees for sms alert charges. How the bank can deduct sms charges for 20days old account. I want to know the reason as well as refund. My bank account no is[protected] and linked mobile no is [protected].
