Canara Bank — deducted amount not refunded

I am alli venkata siva sainath holding an account no:[protected] has performed a transaction with irctc on[protected] at 11am with transaction id [protected] of rs900 has been deducted from my bank account but no ticket is obtained for me so please verify the deducted amount transactions and refund my amount to my bank account.
