Hi, this is in regards to the failed transaction in sbi atm through canara bank visa card on 11th of october. I have lodged complaints several times in raja rammohan roy rd branch. However, i got no cooperation from the manager or any staff members. After a delay of 25 days, the branch manager sent me a copy of response they received from sbi, stating the that transaction was successful. However i remember the transaction failed. That was the reason i had to try the transaction in another icici atm, which worked. But money got deducted from my account for both transaction. You can easily see the proof of transaction made twice for the amount of 3000 on 11th of october, for more proof you can check cctv footage.
anyways. After a long discussion with the branch manager, they suggested me to go to nearest sbi branch, which i did. However, they denied to help because it is not their responsibility, and canara bank has to take care of that. They also suggested me to raise a complain to rbi, so that they can calculate the amount deposited in the atm by authorities on that day and amount withdrawn on that day. If there is any discrepancy, that will be another proof of error.
Been almost 2 months i am waiting for that rs. 3000 which was deducted by the bank at the time of my festivals. Its a really painful experience. I see no hope now. Just giving it a last try. After this i'll take strict legal action against the whole community, even if i have to spend more than what i lost. Was this information helpful? |
