Canara Bank — Deposited amount on 11.11.2021 till now not credited into ac holder account

The amount of Rs 14000 was deposited in ATM of canara bank Hombegowdanagar branch on 11.11.2021 but till date the amount is not credited into account as we are trying to contact with branch but nobody response properly evryday we visit bank for this purpose and now we wrote a letter to branch manager they have refused to take the letter as well.
