I am an existing customer of Canara bank vide. sb Ac. no[protected] linked with Katwa branch. I have transferred Rs 3500 through IMPS to HDFC bank on 10/01/2019 at 9.28 pm. The transaction is rejected. But still now the amount is not refunded automatically to my account. Please take necessary steps from your end. Thanking you.

I ordered 2 clothing from amazon on 1 Jan 2019. After that i returned it and on 4 January 2019 they issued my refund but i haven’t got the refund yet. Please refund my amound as soon as possible.

Tried withdrawing Rs.3000 from Canara Bank ATM[protected]Manjeri Med College) on 01/01/2019 at11:36AM using SBI debit card .But transaction was declined and no cash received(Record No.1917).But my SBI account was debited Rs.3000.

Even though my transaction get failed and was not received any money from the ATM my money got deducted from the account balance .How can this be resolved
