Canara Bank — educational loan - settlement letter not issued | |||
Borrowed education loan for the period of[protected] in canara bank & i have asked to attend ots (One time settlement) meeting at regional office. Finalized the settlement amount during meeting & asked me to pay the confirmation amount initially and given 3 month grace period to pay the remaining amount. Finally paid (Feb 2018) in my bank on the date mentioned during ots (One time settlement) meeting & submitted the letter provided from the regional office. Went to my bank several times & asked noc to the manager. Got reply as "still we didn't get any confirmation from the head office & will inform you once got". But manager didn't inform yet though mailed. What shall i do next? Shall i complaint to rbi directly??? I'm totally blank & shall i rise a complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
