[Resolved]  Canara Bank — electricity bill payment through bbps transaction failed amount debited didn't reversed

I was trying to pay the electricity bill (My consumer no.[protected] through bbps. Paid rs.704.00/- through my canara net banking. Amount was deducted from bank but the system has shown failure status of transaction. Please process the payment and credit the same amounts to my account. Please pay kind attention to my problem. Waiting for your valuable reply and immediate action thank you
