Canara Bank — EPF Transaction failed & amount debited but didn't reversed

Dear Madam,

I have made a payment of Rs.34191 for EPF payment but payment failed and money deducted from my account on dtd 14.04.2021 and no refund received for the same.

complaint no CNR[protected] dated 22.04.2021 & CNR[protected] dtd 06.05.2021

Also I have made many request on mail and my branch office manager also requesting with higher bank authorities but still they are not responding.

Also I have mailed this issue to RBI Customer care but also not get any resolution.

pls help to get the refund asap.

It's a huge amount for me please help me .
