Canara Bank — Error in logging into Canara Scholar Corner

I am not being able to access the Canara Scholar's Corner. More than a month now. I keep trying, but not able to log in. Please Help.

After I use forgot password option, the system sends an OTP on my email but when I use that OTP, then an error is displayed:

"An unknown error occurred or The URL you are trying is wrong or you have insufficient privilege"
