I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Canara Bank Kargal regarding my education loan. I have noticed that the bank has been charging me interest for the monetary period even though I was promised a subsidy when the loan was given to me.
I would like to bring to your attention that this is highly unfair and unjustifiable, as I have been struggling to make ends meet during the pandemic, and the subsidy would have been a huge help to me. I have repeatedly tried to contact the bank to clarify this issue, but I have not received any satisfactory response.
I would like the bank to review my loan account and refund the interest charged during the monetary period, as well as provide me with the subsidy that was promised to me when I took the loan.
