Canara Bank — Failed atm transactions, but account got deducted | |||
I went to withdraw some money from a nearby ATM(BOI ATM), as expected my transaction got failed I tried twice both the transaction got failed. But the Money got deducted from my Account. So I tried calling the Customer care([protected]) for more than 2 hrs, luckily got connected with the IVR. After pressing all the digits in my keypad I got connected with the Customer service IVR, which requested me to hold for a while as their agents were busy. I was hoping to get a response from the other end, after few minutes the call got disconnected, with a IVR response "Thanking you for calling the CANARA BANK Customer Service".
