[Resolved]  Canara Bank — Failed bbps payment

Address:H. Balkis thoufeeq, Mayiladuthurai, Tamil nadu

On 10th january, I have paid two electric bills of rs. 1010 n rs. 675 using canara bank online portal.. Money debited from my account but bbps status said to be failure... When I contacted tneb, they said it's bank's fault as if they abstain from their work to update bbps payment.. Canara bank customer service is also very worse to turn deaf ears...
