When withdrawing money from an sbi atm, the transaction failed thrice, because of which 25, 000 was debited from my mother's account. I raised a complaint to the customer care, they said within 24 hours the amount would be credited back to my account, but no response till now. What do i do? I have faced this situation before, with an hdfc card but the amount was credited back to my account immediately. Can you please resolve this issue at the earliest possible? Her home branch is in another part of the city, and we live in another part of the city. My mother is a senior citizen and i can't take her all the way to resolve this issue.
